He previously held senior leadership roles in General Management and Sales in Unilever Malaysia, Celcom Axiata, Etika Group and Red Bull.
Gerald is also the Author of "Climbing the Corporate Ladder...and Trying to not Fall Down"; Coach, Speaker and Trainer. He has been invited to speak at various platforms to a diverse audience ranging from students to corporate professionals; coached and trained participants from independent business owners, SMEs to MNCs such as Petronas and Celcom Axiata.
